As the Software Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of complex AI Customer Experience (AICX) software and infrastructure, using Proto’s primary Vue.js and Python languages while managing a team based in the Americas hemisphere. The ideal candidate has technical expertise, domain proficiency, platform understanding, and an eagerness to mentor junior developers.
